By placing your order, you agree to the allowing Terms and Conditions of rental.

 

WULALA! Rental Boutique Terms & Conditions:

 

1. All goods remain the property of WULALA! at all times.


2. All rented props must be collected and returned to our location in Blk 458 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, Singapore unless otherwise arranged with WULALA!.

 

3. A full refundable security cash deposit of $150.00 is required upon the collection of rented props. This will be refunded to the customer once the goods are returned undamaged and in the same state as when it left our premises.

 

4. The prices reflected on our webpage are for a rental period of 4 days. WULALA! must agree to any extension to the rental period. Should the rental props be held for a longer period without our permission, customers will be charged a full day’s rental for every additional day. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

 

5. Customers are encouraged to inspect all rental props upon the collected of them. Some items do show signs of wear and tear and this may be noted. If customers do not inspect the props before leaving our premises, the rented props are deemed satisfactory and damaged-free. WULALA! package our props carefully to prevent damages. Please hold on to the packaging and keep them in good order for repacking. Any loss or damage to the packaging or boxes will be charged at replacment value.

 

6. Do not use lit candles on our fabric and fragile items, as the wax may cause damage.

 

7. Please ensure that all rented goods have been gently washed and/or cleaned before returning them back to us. Do not use a dishwasher to clean crockery and glassware. Please contact us if you are unsure how to clean a certain item. A cleaning fee of $5-10 is chargable for stained items.


8. Should an item become lost or damaged, you will be liable for reimbursing us for the full cost of replacement or repair (if this is possible). Please contact us immediately about any damages or lost. Replacement value is based on the current retail value. If the replacement value exceeds the security deposit, customers will be charged for the additional costs which is payable within 5 days of the return date.


9. WULALA! accepts no responsibility for injury caused to any person or damage caused to any property of the customer resulting from the rental of our items.
